1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Ivioskill, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. One person per account. Don't share access.
3. Courses and content
Course access is granted for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials, videos, or eBooks.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and processed via Paystack. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of purchase, provided no significant portion of the course has been consumed.
5. Instructor content
Instructors own their content but grant Ivioskill a license to host, distribute, and promote it on the platform. Instructors must ensure their material is original or properly licensed.
6. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass paid access. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Certificates issued by Ivioskill confirm course completion but are not professional licenses.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updates.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
